At Au Vodka USA, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but due to the nature of our food and beverage products, we can only accept returns on items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please ensure all return requests are initiated within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Return Process

  Upon arrival, please carefully inspect your package for any signs of leakage, breakage, or incorrect items before opening the safety seals.

  Email our support team with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect product to receive a return authorization.

  Package Securely

  If a return is requested by our team, place the unopened item back into its original shipping box with all protective padding to prevent further transit damage.

  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch a replacement bottle within 3-5 business days.
